Chivay – Puno with tourist stop 1:00pm
DESCRIPTION:
12:50 a.m. Passengers should check in at our office, it`s located 22 de Agosto avenue Nro. 1010 half a block from the Main square. The bus departs at 01:10 p.m. and we will have three stops: Patahuasi, Pampa Cañahuas and Lagunillas.
First stop, Patahuasi you can drink coca tea and sight of our volcanoes (Misti, Chachani, Sabancaya and Ampato). Located at 4,950 m.a.s.l.
Second stop, Pampa Cañahuas is the national reserve Salinas and Aguada Blanca in this place We will appreciate the rock formations and South American camelids such as vicuñas, llamas and alpacas.
Our last third stop, is in “Lagunillas”, you can appreciate view of the Andean plateau and small lakes that habitat of flamengos, Andean gulls and other birds, it is a great opportunity to take photographs
07:00 to 07:30 p.m. we will arrive to the city of Puno (Main square) and hotels near the Main square.
ITINERARY:
- 01:10 p.m. Departure or departure from Chivay (office August 22, 1010 half a block from the main square.)
- 02:10 p.m. Stop at the Patapampa Volcano Viewpoint (4950 m.a.s.l.) (10 min)
- Stop in Patahuasi
- 05:40 p.m. Stop at Lagunillas: bird watching and lagoons (10 min)
- 07:30 p.m. arrival at the Main square of the city of Puno, and Bus station Puno.
